Each session gently weaves together four complementary practices:
Guided Meditation
A gentle introduction that helps you settle into the present moment through breath and mindful awareness.
Yoga Nidra
Often described as "yogic sleep", Yoga Nidra is a guided practice that encourages profound rest while you remain comfortably relaxed.
Sound Bath
Crystal singing bowls and Himalayan sound bowls create a soothing soundscape that supports relaxation and stillness throughout the session.
Time to Simply Be
Each session finishes gently, allowing you to return to your day feeling grounded, refreshed and unhurried.
